Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

This page is maintained by Bidmoni d/b/a TaxOptix to explain how we handle personal information through our tax optimization referral platform. If you have questions, contact us at support@taxoptix.com.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as name, email address, phone number, business name, entity type, and details about your property, payroll, R&D activities, or retirement plan needs. We also collect information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to match you with appropriate tax specialists, communicate about your referral, improve our platform, send service-related notices, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product development.

3. Sharing with specialists and partners

TaxOptix is a referral network, not a tax preparation firm. To deliver our service, we share relevant intake information with independent CPAs, enrolled agents, and tax specialists in our network who may contact you to discuss your study or engagement. We also share limited information with referral partners when you register through their referral link, solely for tracking commission eligibility.

TaxOptix receives referral fees from the specialists in our network when a referred client engages them for services. We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, understand usage, and support referral tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We may use analytics services to help us understand how visitors use the site.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and tax record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention schedule.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.

7. Your choices and rights

You may access, update, or delete certain account information by signing in to your dashboard. You may also request that we correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children's privacy

Our platform is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
